Bricking Solutions products
assist with kiln relining as soon as the hood door is opened. We supply the following
products in a complete bricking system:
| 1. |
Bricking Machines for
faster, safer, and higher quality installations. |
|
|
| 2. |
Aluminum Kiln Ramps that
span the cooler and are lightweight, making them easy to remove and install.
The ramps are designed to hold the weight of a loaded lift vehicle and a Brokk
remote-controlled
demolition machine. |
|
|
| 3. |
The Brokk line of
debricking robots are used for coating and brick removal. |
|
|
| 4. |
The Radialign laser
alignment device to ensure the brick or retaining rings are installed perpendicular
to the axis of the kiln. |
|
|
| 5. |
A
radiused Muck-It-Bucket to remove coating and brick easily from the kiln. |
|
|
| 6. |
Brick Transfer
Systems for moving brick up the kiln, on top of or under the bricking machines. |
|
|
| 7. |
Bedding Cart to assist
the mason when installing the floor. |
|
|
| 8. |

Pneumat-O-Ring
(POR)
 |
Description:
The Pneumat-O-Ring is our original model first built in 1967. The POR is a single
arched, fixed-diameter bricking machine, and built to the inside brick diameter. The POR
is a productive model because it is custom built to exacting inside brick dimensions and
does not need to be adjusted. The POR has 6" or 8"/200mm pneumatic
cylinder stroke. This stroke allows the POR to accommodate different brick
thicknesses. The POR is constructed of lightweight aluminum and can be assembled in 30
minutes once inside the kiln. The POR is manufactured in small components and can be
handled by two people. The machine is designed to fit into limited access kilns.
POR Range:
The POR can be built for any diameter kiln from 10'-0" - 25'-0" (3.0m - 7.6m)
Purchase Justification:
The POR is recommended for kilns with a single diameter or similar diameters. We have
other models for multiple kiln diameters but there still is no substitute for a custom
machine for each kiln. The best reason to buy a single arch POR is for use in small kilns
(less than 10' / 3.0m) and when a double arch machine would not be beneficial.

Mult-O-Ring
(MOR)

Description:
The Mult-O-Ring is our most popular model. The MOR is a fixed diameter-bricking machine.
The MOR is our most productive model because it is custom built to exacting inside brick
dimensions and does not need to be adjusted. The MOR is a double arch machine,
allowing for one row of brick to be keyed while the next row of brick is being installed.
The MOR has 6" or 8"/200mm pneumatic cylinder stroke. This stroke allows the MOR
to accommodate different brick thicknesses. The MOR is constructed of lightweight aluminum
and can be assembled in 30 minutes once inside the kiln. It is manufactured in small
components and can be handled by two people. The machine is designed to fit into limited
access kilns.
MOR
Range:
The MOR can be built for any diameter kiln from 10'-0" - 25'-0" (3.0m - 7.6m)
Purchase Justification:
The MOR is best suited for singular diameter kilns or kilns with similar diameters. This
is our best machine, offering ease of operation, easy assembly and production.

Econ-O-Ring
(ECON)

Description:
The Econ-O-Ring is a single or double arched adjustable bricking machine. The machine has
a unique adjustable scaffold system and has multiple hinged arch sections. This allows the
ECON to be adjusted to many different diameter combinations within its range. The ECON was
designed to be an economical version of the EOR model. Our primary customers are smaller
kilns and refractory contractors. The ECON comes complete with an assembly guide and
sizing chart to assist you in determining the proper arch sections and adjusting the
scaffold to the proper bricking diameter. The ECON has 6"/ 150mm pneumatic cylinder
stroke. It is manufactured out of lightweight aluminum and can be assembled in 30 minutes
once inside the kiln. The ECON is constructed in small components and can be handled by
two people. The machine is designed to fit into limited access kilns.
ECON Range:
The ECON can be adjusted from 8'-0" through 12'-0" inside brick diameter (2.4m
through 3.7m)
Purchase Justification:
The Econ-O-Ring series of machines is the least expensive model we offer. The ECON is
recommended for smaller diameter kilns with multiple diameters. It also offers a cost
advantage for contractors who are working in many different kilns in the smaller diameter
range. |
